On Thursday 26^th November, EA organised the first EA Virtual Conference on Accreditation in light of Cybersecurity, Artificial Intelligence and Digitalisation.

For over 2h30, four speakers shared to almost 300 participants their experience with the latest developments in the area of Cybersecurity, Artificial Intelligence, and the impact of digitalization on conformity assessment and accreditation:

Participants greatly appreciated the interaction with the speakers and over 30 questions from the audience and Andreas Steinhorst, EA Executive Secretary, were answered directly by the speakers.

The format, an entire remote event livestreamed to participants, was a first for EA and is very promising for the years to come. Digitalization is becoming more and more essential in our work and EA and its members proved this past year that they are ready to face this challenge.
