Marga Zaffe retired from the RvA and the EA MAC Secretariat is now transferred to the EA Secretariat in Paris.
On Thursday 20 March 2014, Marga Zaffe retired from RvA, the Dutch national accreditation body, and from the EA MAC Secretariat located in Utrecht, Netherlands. She attended her last EA MAC meeting in October 2013, when she had already taken her leave from some participants.
“I will always remember your friendship and your efforts to be of any assistance in the accreditation process. You provided me with an experience that was enjoyable, challenging and rewarding. I wish you all and EA the best for the future”, wrote Marga in a farewell message sent to the whole EA community, especially to EA MAC Members, EA Team Leaders and Team Members.
EA will remember Marga’s dedication to the EA MAC Secretariat for about 15 years. Her constant efforts have been notably supporting the huge development of the peer-evaluation system over the recent years, thus providing an invisible safety net for the peer-evaluation process to be kept running and improving.
Marga can also be praised and thanked for her continuous availability and kindness.
The EA MAC Secretariat is now transferred to the EA Secretariat in Paris, which is pleased to take over all MAC activities and responsibilities.
