We would like to inform you that the European Commission services recently published a survey targeting verifiers or other persons interested in applying for CBAM accreditation.
The survey can be accessed through the following link: https://ec.europa.eu/eusurvey/runner/cf99b1b8-eb42-de60-741a-3bbc34273c88.
The survey aims to gather information on potential applicants worldwide, their plans to obtain CBAM accreditation, estimates of verification capacity, and capacity coverage in third countries. Commission services will review contributions to the survey on a rolling basis to inform and support the implementation of CBAM accreditation and verification, including through discussions with Member States’ authorities, and the preparation of dedicated webinars and guidance documents. Participants in the survey may sign up to receive future communications from Commission services (e.g., publications, invitations to webinars, meetings, etc.).
The results will only be used by Commission services for internal purposes and may only be shared externally to the European Commission in an aggregated and anonymized manner. Participation in this survey should not be considered as an application for accreditation, and it will not be considered in relation to any existing or future application for accreditation.
If you are interested in applying for CBAM accreditation, please complete the survey
