EA wishes you a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year

End of 2020, we were looking with confidence to 2021, but it proved to be the year of resilience towards a never ending crisis, like the Groundhog day of pandemics.

In 2020, we demonstrated our capacity of adaption and efficiency.
In 2021, we drew lessons from the previous year and strengthen the new processes, preparing the road to a carbon reduced organization.
In 2022, with the change in the membership rules, a wider EA awaits us, full of challenges and opportunities.

This year was particularly demanding for the newly elected Executive Board and Technical Management Board, who have started their work on complicated missions without even meeting in person. We would like to thank our partners for the pleasant and fruitful cooperation in 2021, which was facilitated by years and years of close collaboration, on different time zones and even continents, and shared values.

We wish you all a great holiday season and a Happy New Year. Let’s hope that 2022 will be the year where we could meet again in person (and let’s hope we won’t end 2022’s wishes the same way).
