Can an inspection body write in the inspection report or in the inspection certificate (if issued), the date or period or any mention concerning the timing of the next inspection (unless it is legally requested)?

There is no information about that possibility in the ISO/IEC 17020 standard. So, it depends on the scheme/regulation/customer that can give information in both way: to permit to do that or not.
In the cases that it is permitted, phrases like “valid until…” cannot be used as this could be misleading. The result of the inspection refers to the state of the object of inspection at the time of the inspection.
