Communiqué on ISO 15189:2012
The initial Joint IAF-ILAC-ISO Communiqué on ISO 15189 accreditation was originally issued in 2009 to reinforce the fact that medical laboratories accredited to ISO 15189:2007 Medical laboratories – Particular requirements for quality and competence, do operate a recognised management system.
