The platform is mainly dedicated to EA Members. The first eLearning is about the EU MRV Regulation, which has been drafted in cooperation with Niels-Christian Dalstrup (DANAK, Denmark).
The eLearning will take EA Members through the background for establishing the EU system for monitoring, reporting, and verification of emissions from maritime transport. This will include the requirements and obligations for parties involved, as specified in the EU MRV Regulation and other legal acts as well as Guidance/best practices documents elaborated with MRV shipping experts.
To create an account, send an email to Amandine Combe, stating your full name, and the name of your organisation, remind that mainly EA Members and Stakeholders will be granted access to the platform and each application will be verified individually. Each account is individual and shall not be shared with colleagues or amongst other EA Members. Please opt for your professional email to simplify the identification.
As soon as your account is validated by the EA Secretariat, you’ll have access to the entire platform and the first eLearning on “EU MRV regulation”. You will be able to consult the content as many times as you need for a period of 3 months (renewable), you will be able to navigate through the different chapters, depending on the chapter you would like to read.
