We had all anticipated that the future of accreditation and conformity assessment would be more digital. We hadn’t thought we would need to adapt so quickly.
2020 has been a challenge on many levels, and one of them was the digital challenge with the aim to maintain employment, services and business. How to maintain the activity when you have to work from home? How to assess a laboratory when you can’t travel? But also, how to guarantee the security of your data, transactions and processes when your services are entirely externalized and internet-based?
